Welcome to our website. By booking a private boat tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking Process & Contract Formation
Inquiry: Bookings are initiated by submitting an inquiry via WhatsApp, email, or our online inquiry form specifying your preferred date, time, group size, and special requests.
Tailored Offer: Based on your inquiry, we will send you a personalized, non-binding offer detailing the recommended route, vessel options, pick-up location, and total price.
Confirmation & Deposit: To officially confirm and lock in your reservation, a 30% deposit must be paid:
For standard inquiries, the deposit must be paid via bank transfer within 48 hours of receiving the proposal.
For short-notice bookings made within 7 days of the tour date, the deposit is payable immediately via a secure Stripe payment link.
Binding Charter: Your charter is officially confirmed and legally binding only upon our receipt of the 30% deposit.
2. Pricing & Payment Terms
Rates: All prices provided in our tailored offers are quoted in Euros (€) and include a professional captain, fuel, lake taxes, insurance, and complimentary soft drinks on board, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Balance Payment: The remaining 70% balance is due on the day of your tour and must be paid directly on board prior to departure—either in cash or by major credit/debit card.
Extras: Additional bespoke services (such as premium champagne, private taxi transfers, catering, or customized decorations) will be itemized in your offer and charged accordingly.
3. Cancellation Policy & Refunds
Standard Bookings (more than 7 days in advance): Cancellations made more than 7 full days prior to the scheduled departure date are eligible for a 100% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to departure will result in a non-refundable deposit.
Short-Notice Bookings (within 7 days of the tour): Bookings made within 7 days of the scheduled tour date require immediate payment of the 30% deposit via Stripe and are strictly non-refundable upon confirmation.
Weather & Safety Cancellations: Guest safety is our highest priority. In the event of extreme or dangerous weather conditions (e.g., heavy storms, severe wind, or official navigation bans) where navigating Lake Como is deemed unsafe by the captain:
We will first attempt to reschedule your tour to a mutually agreeable date/time.
If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a 100% full refund of your deposit.
Note: Light rain or cloudy skies do not automatically constitute a dangerous weather cancellation.
4. Liability & Guest Conduct
Guests are required to follow all safety instructions provided by the captain during the journey.
We reserve the right to decline or terminate a tour without a refund if guests exhibit dangerous, intoxicated, or disorderly behavior on board.
